Yosor staff guide — physiotherapy clinic (English)

This guide covers every screen of the Yosor dashboard as a physiotherapy clinic uses it. Read the chapter for the screen you are on, or start with Getting started and the Daily routines chapter, which strings the screens together into the tasks a clinic actually performs.

Conventions used in this guide

  • Screen › Section › Control names a path through the interface, for example

Settings › Team › Permissions.

  • A control that you cannot see is usually hidden because your role lacks a permission, not

broken. Yosor removes controls it will refuse rather than showing them greyed out. Ask a manager to check your role under Settings › Team › Permissions.

  • A figure shown as means "not known yet" or "could not be loaded". It never means zero.
  • Screenshots come from a demo clinic, Irbid Physio Care. Your clinic's names, prices and branches

will differ; the screens are the same.
